5.5N/mm fork spring: Riders under 195lbs

6.0N/mm fork spring: between 190lbs-265lbs

NOTE: Special tools are needed to install the Ohlins Front Damping Kits. Professional installation is highly recommended!

Recommended fork oil weight is 5w or 7w. However, this is all based on the rider's preference, riding style, and the actual rider's weight. Only 1 quart of fork oil is needed, each fork uses 230ml of oil.
